CT JR Eagles-Girls Tier 1

Our program has always existed to provide players a stress-free environment, offering solid development and visibility. We are in the process of making a few enhancements for the upcoming season. First off, I am writing to share some exciting news regarding an addition to our coaching staff. Bob Crawford will be joining our Watertown CT Jr Eagles to help with both the U16 & U19 teams. As many of you know, Bob is the founder of the Hartford Jr. Wolfpack and has been instrumental in helping that organization become one of the top programs in the United States. Bob has been involved at every level of hockey up to and including the NHL. On the boys’ side, he has won a national championship with the CT Clippers (now the Wolfpack). Over the years, he has served as the New England Director and on the Board of Directors of USA Hockey. Bob has coached locally at the High School level with East Catholic High School, and there is no question that Bob has made an incredible impact on CT girls’ hockey at all age levels. We are thrilled to be adding Bob to the staff.
Secondly, while not solidified 100%, we are feeling very optimistic that our U16 & U19 Teams will be participating in the NAHA Labor Day Tournament in Wellesley MA from 9/1-9/3. Many of our current and former families had hoped that we would get involved in that high visibility event, and we believe that will be happening for the upcoming season.
As it relates to summer development for those that are local, Bob is involved with running many skills / development sessions that will allow several opportunities to have additional college coach exposure. Those events and sessions will not be a part of our Eagles fees, but will be available to any Eagle at a discount. More info to come on that soon.
As always, please feel free to reach out with any questions.
